61, a resident of 5150 Antioch Road, died Wednesday, Oct. 12 at his home. He was the son of the late Robert hunter and Pattie Ward Hunter. He was a former employee of Certainteed Corp.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Williams Hunter; a daughter, Yolanda H. Gregory of Raleigh; a son, Warden C. Hunter, Jr. of Creedmoor; four sisters, Dorothy Taylor and Clementine Hunter both of Henderson, Vivian Harris of Oxford and Carmen Shelton of Greensboro; two brothers, Govan Hunter of Oxford and Earl hunter of Manson; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Oct. 17 at 2:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Dr. Carl Waden and Bishop Leslie Hartsfield. Burial will be in Ilong Baptist Church cemetery.
