79, a resident of 2844 Charlie Grissom Road, Kittrell, died Wednesday, Nov. 24 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. She was the daughter of the late Phillip Peace and Helen Howard Peace. She was a retired educator.

She is survived by her husband, Leandrew L. Bartlett; two sons, Marcus Bartlett (Phylyse) of High Point and Elder Antonio Bartlett (Michelle) of Greensboro; four sisters, Zenobia White of Temple Hills, MD, Jacqueline Cozart of Oxford, Patricia Tabourn and Deborah Foster both of Kittrell; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Nov. 28 at 2pm at Wright Funeral Home by Elder Antonio Bartlett, Rev. Dr. Tony Cozart, Rev. George Green, Rev. James M. Lawson and Rev. Bernard J. Curry. A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 27 from 2pm-4pm at Wright Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens in Henderson.

Chapel services are limited to fifty (50) attendees selected by the family. Both services (viewing and funeral) will observe Covid-19 protocols of facial coveings and social distancing of six feet or more.
