51, a resident of 7751 Mountain Road, died Monday, June 3 at Duke Hospice in Durham. She was the daughter of the late Lorenzo Yarborough and Dorothy Hester. She was a Dental Assistant.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Sneed; three sons, Brandon Sneed of Oxford, Desmond Sneed of Raleigh, and Malek Sneed of Stovall; seven sisters, Dorothy Mae Hester of Stem, Darlene Hester of Louisburg, Helen David of Charlotte, Yvonne Kearney of Louisburg, Mary Rose Yarborough of Raleigh, Constance Lawrence of Franklinton and Lolita Yarborough of Durham; ; four brothers Herman Lee Hester of Oxford, James Hart of Henderson, Henry Lee Yarborough of Garner and Lester Yarborough of Franklinton; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 8 at 2:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jimmie Hayes, Sr. and Rev. Terry Taylor. Burial will be in Union Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Friday, June 7 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
