92, a resident of 613 28th Street, Butner. Died Wednesday, April 18 at her home. She was the daughter of the late James Henry Evans and Serena Eaton Evans of Franklin County. She was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Nathaniel Davis, Jr. (Faye) of Creedmoor and James Thomas Davis of Butner; three daughters, Barbara Davis (James) of Bahama, Sharron Parks (George) and Youlanda Monroe (Rodney) all of Durham; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, April 22 at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church by Rev. Nathaniel Davis III and Rev. J. Eric Morgan. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, April 21 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
