79, a resident of 200 Fairway Drive, transitioned Saturday, April 20 at her home. She was the daughter of the late James Taylor and Lillie Taborn Taylor. She was a retired dietician.

She is survived by her grandson, Andrew Garland Peace of Nashville, TN; a brother, Elliott S. Taylor of Knightdale; and two sisters, Tonya Chappell and Audrey Fields both of Oxford.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, April 29 at 2pm at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Johnnie White. Burial will be in Olive Grove Baptist Church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for one hour prior to services at the Funeral Home. Covid-19 protocols of face masks and social distancing of six feet or more will be observed.
