88, a resident of 125 Green Street, died Thursday, June 11 at Granville Health Systems. She was a retired cook.

She is survived by her son and daughter, Frederick Gooch (Mary) and Gloria Rebecca Gooch Hawkins both of Oxford; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

A graveside service (with social distancing and a maximum of fifty people) will be conducted Sunday, June 14 at 2:00 P.M. at Oak Grove Baptist Church cemetery by Rev. Dr. Charles Bullock. Remember your face masks.
