95, a resident of 211 Sycamore Street, died Monday, July 30 at Granville Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Elijah Holman and Dora Peace Holman, and the widow of Marshall Cooper.

She was the founder of the former Mother Goose Nursery and a member of St. Peters United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Ellen Dorita "Rita" Cooper of the home; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, August 6 at 1:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church by Rev. Kathy Dunston. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to services at the church. A viewing is scheduled for Sunday, August 5 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
