64, a resident of 111 Freedom Circle, Soul City, died Monday at Maris Parham Health. She was the daughter of the late James Bullock and Ruth Henderson Bullock. She was a licensed CNA and the holder of an associate degree in business administration.

She is survived by her husband, Fredrick Watkins; two daughters, Shakia Chavis-Moss of Oxford and Johnnie Hurtt of Soul City; three sisters, Margaret Curtis of Oxford, Shirley Sneed of Durham and Feebie Bullock of Conway; three brothers, William Bullock of Oxford, George Bullock of Durham and Robert Kelly of New York, NY; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Mar. 10 at 1pm at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Steven Hargrove.. Facial coverings will be required.
