Reverend Dorothy Moss Green, 86, of Lee Street transitioned Saturday, May 23, 2026 at her residence. She was born in Granville County to the late Percy and Mamie Yancey Moss.

She is survived by her husband, Randolph Green; four children: Phyllis Isreal (George) of Oxford, Brenda Green of Durham, Beverly Green and Percy Green both of Oxford; one sister, Mary Blanche Black of Brooklyn, NY; eight grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm Friday, May 29 at Olive Grove Missionary Baptist Church by Reverend Johnnie M. White, Sr. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm, Thursday, May 28 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel.
