80, a resident of 802 Autumn Park, died Sunday, November 22 at Granville Health Systems. He was the son of the late Alfonzo Lockett and Landora Reed Lockett; He was a retired educator and accomplished musician.

He is survived by his son, Lemuel Lockett of the home; two sisters, Hattie Blalock and Landora Lockett both of Oxford; a brother, Fred Lockett also of Oxford; and two grandchildren.
