Rachel Rosetta Blackwell Ray, 68, of Hicks Mill Rd, transitioned on Monday, January 19, 2026 in Henderson. She was born in New Jersey to the late Julian and Katherine Kelly Blackwell.

She is survived by her husband, Reginald O. Ray; son, Altarique Washington of New Jersey; one granddaughter, two sisters, and a special niece, Lilah M. Ray.

Services will be conducted at a later date.
