91, a resident of 6100 Highway 86 N. in Hillsborough, died Thursday, Mar. 3, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Scholar Mills, Sr. and Bettie Royster Mills of Granville County.

She is survived by three daughters,Vivian Henrdon-Latta of Hillsborough, Brenda Herndon and Wilma Herndon both of Durham; four sons, Ferber Herndon of Oxford, Ellis W. Herndon of Whitsett, Rev. Warren L. Herndon and Glenn Herndon both of Durham; ten grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sons, Milton Herndon and Carlton Herndon; and two brother, James Mills and Scholar Mills, Jr.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 12:00 Noon at Pettiford Grove Baptist Church by Rev. Alvin B. Downey. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive visitors Sunday, Mar. 6, from 5/7pm at Wright Funeral Home and at other times at the residence of Ferber Herndon, 3202 Henry Wilson Rd.
