Patricia Edgerton Moore, 72, a resident of Durham, NC transitioned on May 24, 2025 at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC. She was born in Granville County to the late Elbert Lee Edgerton and Ella Daye Edgerton.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 pm, Friday at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing is scheduled for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Union Chapel AME Zion Church Cemetery.

She is survived by a sister, Carolyn E. Taborn of Durham; and three brothers: David Edgerton of Oxford, NC, Bobby Edgerton of Durham, NC and James Edgerton of Durham, NC.
