Omie Perry Wortham's Obituary
100, a resident of Brantwood Nursing and Convalescent Center, died Sunday, January 8 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Herman Perry and Jeanette Peace Perry.
She is survived by six nieces, Mamie Perry and Mary Pettiford both of Oxford, Lucille Hawley of Kittrell, Renee Robinson of Richmond, VA, Margaret Terry and Mary Perry Frieson both of Henderson; three nephews, Tony Perry of Oxford, Johnnie Blackwell of Elizabeth City and David Perry of Henderson.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 15 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in New Grassy Creek Baptist Church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, January 14 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
