Narsa Charmaine Oakley, 48, of Oakley Hill, transitioned on Friday, March 27, 2026 at her residence. She was born in Durham County to Glenda Oakley and Larry Thorpe.

She is survived by her children: Miracle Terry, Donnell Oakley, and Nasherrah Oakley; one grandson, Jabari Harris; parents: Glenda Oakley and Larry Thorpe; three sisters: Nina Thorpe, Nikia Thorpe and Noresha Oakley; one special brother, Tyrone Rose and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm Friday, April 3 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Tameka Oakley Heggie, Officiant and Pastor Ronnie Green, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the New Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service.
