61, a resident of 322 Ranes Drive, Henderson, died Tuesday, August 4 at his home. He was the son of the late James "Jimmy" Peace and Lucille Pettiford Peace. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by three sisters, Michelle Peace Harris, Serena Parker Harbison, and Yvonne Peace Pettiford all of Oxford; and a long-time companion, Ella Green of Henderson.

A graveside service (limited to fifty (50) attendees selected by the family and observing Covid-19 protocol of face masks and social Distancing of six feet or more) will be conducted Sunday, August 9 at 12:00 P.M. at Meadowview Memorial Park. A viewing (face mask and social distancing of six feet or more) will be held Saturday, August 8 from 2-4 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
