45, a resident of Orlando, Florida, died Wednesday, July 19 at his home. He was the son of the late Charlie Mack Brooks and Phyllis Annette Moore Brooks.

He is survived by a daughter, Crystal Brooks of Homestead, Florida; three sisters, Cynthia Lockamy of Wake Forest, Linda Brooks and Juanita Brooks both of Raleigh; and a brother, Charles Brooks of Orlando, Florida.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, July 30 at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church by Rev. J. Eric Morgan. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, July 29 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at the residence of Michael and Cynthia Lockamy, 6820 Barham Hollow Drive in Wake Forest.
