80, a resident of 904 Raleigh Street, died Sunday, Sept. 29 at Universal Healthcare. She was the daughter of the late Conway Allen and Rebecca Jones Allen.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Jones Henderson of Oxford; two sisters, Fannie Cooper of Oxford, and Lila Harris of Butner; a brother, Luther Curtis, Jr. of Oxford; and one grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Oct. 3 at 1:00 P.M. at Tally Ho Baptist Church by Rev. Moses Fletcher. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at 602 North Country Club Drive.
