83, a resident of 104 Knoll Street, died Friday, December 4 at Maria Parham Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Reed Spencer and Fannie Bell Spencer. She was a 1958 Graduate of the former Mary Potter Academy.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis Spencer and Arthur O. Spencer both of Oxford; three daughters, Constance M. Spencer of Hephzibah, GA, Lisa S. Pettiford of Roxboro and Aretha R. Best of Oxford; a sister, Fannie Bell Wilson of Oxford; eight grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted Monday, December 7 at 12:00 P.M. at Huntsville Baptist Church cemetery by Rev. Charlene Morton. A viewing is scheduled for Sunday, December 6 from 4-6 PM at Wright Funeral Home. Both services will observe Covid-19 guidelines of face coverings and social distancing of six feet or more. Inside services will be limited to ten people at any one time.
