Mary Elizabeth Batchelor Glover, 77, of 1261 Americal Road, transitioned on Monday, March 24, 2025 at Kerr Lake Nursing Center in Henderson. She was born in Vance County to the late Roger and Annie Catherine Williams Batchelor.

She is survived by two sons, Victor Batchelor and James T. Glover, Jr.; three sisters, Annie Pearl Batchelor, Sadie D. Fisher, and Geraldine Champion all of Henderson, NC; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at noon, Friday, March 28, at Rowland Chapel Christian Church (2293 Epsom-Rocky Ford Rd, Henderson, NC 27537). Burial will be in the church cemetery. No public viewing has been scheduled, per her request.
