50, a resident of Newark, NJ, transitioned Tuesday, Nov. 26 at Duke hospice in Durham. He was the son of Dennis Lee Howard, Sr. and Mae Lois Downey Howard.

He is survived by two sons, Markese Trent of Newark, NJ and Marcus Howard Jr. of Jersey City, NJ; and two brothers, Dennis Lee Howard, Jr. and Keith Howard both of Durham.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Dec. 2 at 1pm at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Troy Younger.

Viewing will be 2 hours prior to the service.
