87, a resident of 2697 Bryans Hill Road, died Sunday, November 4 at Duke Hospice. She was the daughter of the late Pledge Marrow and Vergie Smith Marrow. She was a former employee of the Dietary Department of John Umstead Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 8 at 2:00 P.M. at Oak Grove Baptist Church by Rev. George L. Bullock and Rev. Dr. Charles Bullock. Burial will be in Mountain Spring Baptist Church cemetery.

She is survived by four sons, Jerry Moore of Durham, Alexander Moore of Oxford, Anthony Moore and Ernest Calvin Moore both of Chapel Hill; five daughters, Angela Terry of Clarksville, VA, Janet Morris of Chester, VA, Alexzine Benson, Gloria Moore, and Vanessa Wright all of Oxford; three brothers, Kenneth Cooper of Durham, Herman Cooper of Oxford and William Cooper of Fayetteville; five sisters, Wilma Marrow and Emma Hunt both of Oxford, Dorothy Allen and Mary Jane Cheatham both of Durham, and Vickie Adams of Tampa, FL; fifteen grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren. A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, November 7 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
