87, a resident of 2661 Hester road, died Sunday November 15 at the home of her brother and sist2695 Hester Road. She was the daughter of the late Hubert L. Gooch, Sr. and Willie Ada Fleming Gooch. She was a retired school teacher.

She is survived by a brother, Dr. James J. Gooch (Glenda) of Oxford and a devoted nephew, Julian Gooch of Greensboro.

A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, November 19 at 1:00 P.M. at the Gooch Family cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, November 18 from 2-4 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home. Both occasions will observe Covid-19 protocol: face masks and social distancing of six feet or more.
