69, a resident of 5018 Clayton Road, Rougemont, died Sunday, Sept. 22 at Duke Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Roy Lee Bobbitt and Levy Williams. She was a former manager with RHA.

She is survived by her husband, Donnie Hawley; seven sisters, Daphine Blackwell (Johnnie) of Elizabeth City, Ida Bass (James) of Oxford, Ida Anderson of Washington, DC, Bobbie Norman (Buddy) of Swedsboro, NJ, Gertrude Clark of Orange, NJ, Gilda Mullins (Lee) of Lakewood, NJ and Dorothy Suitt of East Orange, NJ; and a brother, Garland Venable of Henderson.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Sept. 27 at 2:00 P.M. at Island Hill Christian Church in Clarksville, VA by Rev. John E. Jefferson. Burial will be in the Hawley Family Cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 26 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at the home of Ida and James Bass, 403 Polly Drive in Oxford.
