91, a resident of 6566 Ben Thorpe Road, died Wednesday, Oct. 5 at Duke Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Neal Lyons and Sular Morris Lyons.

She is survived by two daughters, Ellerine S. Thorpe and Luewanda S. Greene both of Oxford; three sons, Floyd Satterfield, Jr., James Satterfield and Chester Satterfield all of oxford; three sisters, Teresa Davenport of Atlantic City, NJ, Beulah Thorpe of Butner and Queen Hawley of oxford; one brother, Cornell Lyons of Roxboro; twelve grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 2:00 P.N. at White Rock Baptist Church by Rev. Steve hargrove. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 10 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
