Leroy Green, 71, of 4177 Shock Overton Road, transitioned on Monday, March 10, 2025 at the Durham VA Hospital. He was born in Granville County to the late Walter and Harriett Allen Green.

He is survived by a son, Trimain Green of Oxford; five sisters, Rosalyn Green, Mary Diane Quick, Paulette Green, Rose Mary Jackson and Emma Green all of Oxford; and two brothers, Fred Green of Baltimore, MD and Al Green of Arizona.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12pm, Friday, March 21, at Olive Grove Missionary Baptist Church by Reverend Johnnie White, Pastor. Burial will follow in the Green Family Cemetery. Viewing is scheduled for 4pm to 6pm, Thursday, March 20 at Wright Funeral Home.
