66, a resident of 8559 Tudy Road, Bullock, died Thursday, Oct. 28 at Duke Medical Center. He was the son of Lennon Ben Hicks and the late Roxanna Hester Hicks. He was an employee of Certainteed.

He is survived by his father, Lennon Ben Hicks of Oxford; two brothers, Crawford Thomas Hicks (Joan) and James Wayne Hicks (Sandra) both of Oxford; a god-son, Rayvon Downey of Bullock.

Rev. Dr. Charles Bullock will conduct a graveside service Monday, Dec. 1 at 3pm at Oak Grove Baptist Church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 31 from 3pm-6pm at Wright Funeral Home. All services will observe Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more.
