81, a resident of 98 Lane Store Rd., died Thursday, Nov. 5 at Franklin Oaks Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Ben Alston and Lillie Harris Alston of Granville County.

She is survived by two daughters, Cassandra Fogg of Franklinton and Beverly Renee Eley of Durham; two brothers, Bennie Lee Alston of Kittrell and Thomas Alston of Oxford; two sisters, Lois Donaldson of Franklinton and Lois Lynch of Hollister; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 2:00 P.M. at Hawkins Chapel Baptist Church by Rev. Kenneth Williams. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the home. A viewing will be held Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
