41, a resident of 101 Alston Court, died Monday, Dec. 26. He was the son of Pamela Williams and Randolph Hart, Jr.

He is survived by two sons, Oryan Black and Otavius Black both of Oxford, and a sister, Angela Evans of Creedmoor.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Dec. 31 at 11am at Penn Avenue Baptist Church by Rev. Derrick Horton. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens. A viewing is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 30 from 5pm-7pm at Wright Funeral Home. All services will observe Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more. Covid-19 is again on the rise so please judge yourself accordingly.
