52, a resident of 605 28th Street, died Tuesday, May 17 at Duke Medical Center. She was the daughter of Shirley Tilley Harris and the late Clarence Henry Harris.

Other survivors include her husband, Cedrick Peace; a son, Shawn Peace of Raleigh; a daughter, Chatel Peace of Oxford; three sisters, Cathy Davis of Creedmoor, Cynthia Colimon of Virginia Beach and Cheryl Carrier of Oxford; and a brother, Clarence Harris of Durham.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, May 21 at 2:00 P.M. at Union Chapel Baptist Church in Butner by Nathaniel Davis III and Rev. J. Eric Morgan. Burial was in Mt. Vernon Baptist Church cemetery.
