74, a resident of 6171 Hwy 96N, died Tuesday, May 10 at Duke University Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Major Spot Williams and Helen Anderson Williams. She was a member of Huntsville Baptist Church and Co-owner of Gregory's Nursery.

She is survived by her husband Leroy Gregory; a son and daughter, Alonza Lee Gregory of Henderson and Wanda Denise Hester of Raleigh; four sisters, Rev. Mary Crispell, Gloria Ann Marable (Jerry), Patricia Eaton all of Oxford and Lucille Wiggs (Thornton) of Henderson; one brother, Augusta Williams (Lena) of Oxford; three grandchildren; nine great grandchildren;

Rev. Vernon S. Thompson will conduct a graveside service Sunday, May 15 at 2pm at Huntsville Baptist Church. A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, May 14 from 2pm-4pm at Wright Funeral Home. The family request that Covid-19 protocols of Facial Coverings and Social Distancing of six feet or more be observed at all services.
