Joseph Taylor's Obituary
97, a resident of 201 Belle Street, died Sunday, July 23 at his home. He was the son of the late Joe Taylor and Phebie Marrow Taylor.
He was a member of Penn Avenue Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon.
He is survived by his wife, Henrietta Green Taylor; three daughters, Ann Taylor, Patricia Fields and Corene Norman all of Oxford; three grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 27 at 2:00 P.M. at Penn Avenue Baptist Church by Rev. Willie S. Darby. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park. A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, July 26 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
