70, a resident of Camilia Gardens in Henderson, transitioned on Tuesday, Jan. 23. He was the son of the late McKinley Thorpe and Maddie McCaden.

He is survived by a daughter, Tiffany McCoy of New York; and two sisters, Carolyn Thorpe of Oxford and Linda Bell of Creedmoore; and one brother, Connie Thorpe of Charlotte.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Jan. 28 at 2pm at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. A viewing has been scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 27 at Wright Funeral Home from 5pm-7pm. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park. Face Masks will be mandatory at all services.
