91, a resident of 214 Mittenzwi Lane, died Tuesday, January 25 at Universal HealthCare. He was the son of the late Richard Wilkerson and Dorothy Mae Wilkerson. He was a retired barber.

He is survived by three daughters, Michelle Wilkerson, Dorothy Wilkerson and Tamika Lawrence (Willie) all of Oxford; two sons, Jiwan Wilkerson of Charlotte and Angelo Wilkerson of Creedmoor; six brothers, Richard Wilkerson, Jr., David Wilkerson and George Wilkerson all of Oxford, Doc Wilkerson, Steven Wilkerson and Ruffin Wilkerson all of Holly Springs; two sisters, Annie Mae Wilkerson of Oxford, and Rosa Wilkerson of Washington, DC a sister-in-law, Callie Wilkerson; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

A memorial service will be conducted on the grounds of Wright Funeral Home on Sunday, January 30 at 11am by Rev. Reginald Tyson.
