Isabella Gregory Bailey, 94, of W. Antioch Drive, transitioned on Monday, October 20, 2025 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Fannie Wilkerson Gregory and retired from Murdoch Center in Butner.

She is survived by three daughters: Jacqueline B. Royster of Butner, Tammy B. Williams, and Karen B. McQueen (Michael) both of Oxford; eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm, Saturday, October 25 at Whetstone Missionary Baptist Church by Reverend Doctor Donald E. Harrison. Entombment will follow at Meadowview Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 5 to 7 pm, Friday at Wright Funeral Home Chapel.
