68, a resident of 5515 Antioch Road, died Tuesday, Nov. 21 at Duke Medical Center. He was the son of the late Louis C. "Paul" Lyons and Mary Hunt Lyons. He was a retired thirty-year employee of Murdoch Development Center and a member of Blooming Star Masonic Lodge #53.

He is survived by his wife, Delores McNeal Lyons; a brother, David L. Lyons of Richmond, VA and a sister, Virginia Royster of Oxford.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, November 26 at 2:00 P.M. at Greater New Hope Baptist Church by Rev. Spotwood Burwell, Jr.. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park. No public viewing is planned.
