Henry "Danny" Holloway's Obituary
72, a resident of 4308 Lazy River Drive in Durham, died Friday, July 15 at Veterans Hospital. He was a retired employee of the Oxford Housing Authority. He was a United States Army Veteran.
He is survived by a daughter, Melva Holloway of the home; his mother, Edna E. Holloway of Birmingham, AL; a sister Connie Reid of Birmingham, Alabama; one grandchild; and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 20 at 2:00 p.m. at Greater New Hope Baptist Church by Rev. Spotswood Burwell, Jr. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park. A viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, July 19 from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home.
