Helen Harris , 82, of 301 E. Industry Drive, Apt. 116, transitioned on Monday, March 17, 2025 at her residence.

She is survived by her children, Bryant Blackwell (Joann) of Durham, Alesia Ragland of Bullock, Bruce Blackwell of Bullock, Roderick Harris (Venessa) of Henderson, Patricia Hunt (Alex) of Oxford, Rosa Wilson of Oxford, Ronnie Harris of Oxford, and Lonnie Harris of Henderson; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

A Graveside service will be held at 11am, Monday, March 24 at New Grassy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery ( 8182 Cornwall Rd, Oxford, NC 27565 ) by Reverend Gregory Hatcher. The family will receive friends at Wright Funeral Home, Sunday, March 23 from 2pm -4pm. No public viewing is scheduled.
