74, a resident of 424 Granville Street, died Tuesday, July 10 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Jim Mack Thomas and Thelma Hester Thomas.

She is survived by four sons, Kenneth Thomas of Henderson, Petie Thomas, Dennis Thomas, and Darryl Thomas all of Oxford; a daughter, Bobbie Hargrove of Oxford; one brother, Larry Thornton of Oxford; four sisters, Rosa Lee Harris of Raleigh, Ann Satterwhite of Henderson, Elouise Thorpe, and Clara Mae Thornton both of Oxford; fifteen grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, July 15 at 3:00 P.M. at Cornerstone Christian Community Church by Bishop J. Phillip Betts. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park. A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, July 14 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
