75, a resident of 2548 Bodie Currin Road, died Tuesday, July 18 at his home. He was the son of the late Graham Earlie Downey and Beulah Bailey Downey.

He is survived by his wife, Landora Lockett Downey; two children, Graham Downey, Jr. and Felise Braswell both of Oxford; a brother and sister, Earlie L. Downey of Oxford, and Beulah Earlene Morton of Burlington; and one grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 22 at 2:00 P.M. at New Hope Granville Baptist Church by Rev. James Isaac III. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Friday, July 21 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
