85, a resident of 412 Bullock Street, died Friday, December 7 at Brantwood Nursing Center. She was the daughter of the late Alexander Hammie and Mamie Clark Hammie Webster. She was a retired employee of Murdoch Development Center.

She is survived by two children, Vivian Parker and Reuben Parker both of Oxford; a sister, Cassandra Delphine Webster of Wilmington; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 12 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Peter's United Methodist Church by Rev. Kathy Dunton. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park. A viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, December 11 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
