49, a resident of 1583 Brook Drive, Apt. D, Creedmoor, died Friday, August 11 at his home. He was a Federal corrections officer.

He is survived by his son, Kamron Austin Somerville of Oxford; his step-daughter, Winter Austin McMannen of Oxford; three brothers, Benjamin Somerville, Jr. and Mark Somerville both of Durham and Darryl Somerville of Charlotte; his sister, Andrea Brewington also of Charlotte; three grandchildren, Elisha Blake McMannen, Antoine Ahmir Steed and Autumn Allure Steed all of Oxford; and former wife and friend, Heddie Somerville of Oxford.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 19 at 11am at Oak Level United Church of Christ, 5631 Jacksontown Rd., Manson, NC. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
