94, a resident of 6031 NC Highway 96 North, died Friday, May 25 at his home. He was the son of the late Fielding Harris and Ella Daye Harris. He was a retired farmer.

He is survived by five daughters, Nora Towler, Deborah Jean Harris, Theresia Blackwell, Angela Norwood and Kim Harris all of Oxford; two sons, David Bradley of Henderson and Stewart Harris of Oxford; thirty grandchildren; sixty-seven great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 29 at 1:00 P.M. at Oak Grove Baptist Church by Rev. Dr. Charles Bullock. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive visitors Monday, May 28 from 7-8 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
