83, a resident of 712 East Andrews Avenue, died Friday, June 2 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Melvin Williams and Elizabeth Overby Williams. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her son, Michael Antonio Williams (Adrienne) of the home; a sister, Patricia Burwell (Rev. Spotwood) of Henderson; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 7 at 2pm at Greater New Hope Baptist Church in Oxford by Rev. Spotwood Burwell, Jr. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens. A viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 6 from 5pm-7pm at Wright Funeral Home. Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more will be observed.
