71, a resident of 1200 East E Street in Butner, died Sunday, August 7 at Hock Family Pavilion in Durham. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Cooper and Sebeirta Howell Cooper.

She is survived by three daughters, Vanessa Watson, Sandra Greenwood and Anita Greenwood both of Oxford; one son, Lamont Greenwood of Durham; three sisters, Lizzie Buie of Durham, Bexie Howell and Emma Thornton both of Oxford; nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home by Rev. Tony Boss. Burial will be in Union A.M.E. Zion Methodist Church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Friday, August 12 from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home.
