87, a resident of 600 East B Street, apt. E4 iin Butner, died Friday, February 15 at Universal Healthcare. She was the daughter of the late Johnny Bailey and Frances Vass Bailey. She was a retired employee of Murdoch Developmental School.

She is survived by her son, David Lee Garrett of Creedmoor; and ten grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 20 at 2:00 P.M. at Greenfield Baptist Church by Bishop James Daniel and Rev. Bell. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 19 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at 212 Harkey Street, Lot 6 in Creedmoor.
