Ernestine Gooch Harris "Tina", 79, of Coventry Drive transitioned on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Duke University Hospital in Durham. She was born in Granville County to the late Ernest Gooch and Lula Belle Lyon.

She is survived by two sons Jason Green (Angela) and Shante Cotton of Oxford; one daughter Dominique Lane (Jemel) of Henderson; nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm, Friday, August 1 at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (901 E. F Street, Butner, NC 27509) by Rev. Steven Hargrove. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Gardens in Creedmoor. Viewing will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
