79, a resident of 1101 East D Street, Butner, died Monday, August 10 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Bruce Murray and Geneva Hunt Murray. She was a former employee of Duke University Hospital.

She is survived by her sister, Betty Marrow of Kittrell.

A graveside service (limited to fifty (50) attendees selected by the family with Covid-19 protocols of Face Masks and social distancing of six feet or more) will be conducted Friday, August 14 at 10:00 A.M. at Belton Creek Baptist Church cemetery. A viewing (observing CDC guidelines of no gatherings of more than ten (10) people at any one time  with face mask and social distancing of six feet or more) will be held Thursday, August 13 from 12:00 til 2:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
