Edward Garfield Taborn's Obituary
74, a resident of 3129 Lewis Road, died Monday, June 11 at his home. He was the son of the late Nathaniel Taborn and Elizabeth Peace Taborn. He was a retired employee of John Umstead Hospital.
He is survived by a daughter, Chiquita Taborn of New York and a brother, Willie Taborn of Oxford.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 16 at 2:00 P.M. at Ilong Baptist Church by Rev. James M. Lawson. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for Friday, June 15 from 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home.
