Edward Lee Morgan, the son of the late Alex Morgan Jr. and Catherine Rebecca Brandon Morgan was born on December 3, 1955, in Oxford, NC and entered eternity on September 30, 2025, at Granville Medical Center in Oxford, NC.

He is survived by a son Darrell Lee Royster of Durham, two sisters, Onia M. Royster of Raleigh and Catherine M. Morgan of Oxford; two brothers, Allen Morgan of Franklinton and Edward J. "Nuke" Morgan of Oxford; one granddaughter, Moniqua Royster, one grandson, Darrell Royster Jr. and one great-grandson, Macari Evans.

A memorial service will be held at 3pm, Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel by Deacon Ronald Royster. There will be no public viewing.
